As an editorial review portal, we collect no names, cards or IDs - only 30-day server logs, first-party analytics and a two-cookie set. No ad pixels, no cross-site tracking, and full access, erasure and objection rights.

What data we collect

This is an editorial review portal, not a gambling operator. We do not collect real names, government IDs, payment cards, crypto wallets or KYC documents. None of that ever passes through this site. If you deposit at Runa, you do it on Runa's own domain, not here. What we hold is limited to what any small publisher needs to run:

  • Server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, requested page, HTTP status and timestamp. Kept 30 days, then aggregated and anonymised.
  • Analytics: page views, time on page, scroll depth and device type (mobile, desktop, tablet) through our own first-party counter. No cross-site profiling.
  • Affiliate clicks: when you follow a tracked link to Runa Casino, our redirect logs the click for commission attribution. No personal data is passed on - only a campaign identifier.

Cookies

We keep the cookie set small:

  • Session cookie, which expires when you close the browser; required for basic site function.
  • First-party analytics ID, which expires after one year; used only to deduplicate page views.

We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, third-party retargeting cookies or cross-site tracking networks.

Third-party services

When you click an affiliate link, you leave this portal and enter Runa Casino's own domain. From that point Runa's privacy policy applies and we have no control over what it collects. Read Runa's own terms and privacy notice before you register or deposit a single euro.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or another region with comparable data-protection law, you can ask to access, correct or erase the data we hold, or object to analytics processing. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority: the ICO in the UK, the CNIL in France, the AEPD in Spain, and equivalents elsewhere.

To make a request, email [email protected] with your IP address or the approximate time of your visit so we can locate the relevant log lines. We respond within 30 days. Because most of what we hold is tied to an IP for only 30 days, older requests may find nothing left to return, which is by design.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the cookie set changes, a new service is added, or a retention window shifts. Material changes are dated at the foot of the page. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
